The Architect’s Evolution: From Blueprints to Reality

Mapping the Journey: From Blueprints to a Defined Reality

They say the best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago; the second best time is now. For the Architect, "now" began on January 1st when I stopped decorating the exterior and started stripping back to the raw, functional frame.

The Departure Point

Before this transition, my days were dictated by a failing system:

  • The Sugar Rollercoaster: Relying on quick-fix carbs and sugars that led to energy crashes mid-shift.

  • The Fog: Navigating 12-hour shifts without a clear biological strategy.

  • Inflammation: Carrying excess weight that blurred the lines of the intended design.

The Reconstruction: Where I Am

Today, the old blueprints have been shredded. By committing to Carnivore OMAD, I’ve moved from theory to high-performance execution.

  • The Scale: I have officially lost 20kg since the start of the year.

  • The Physique: My body is leaning out, the belly fat is shrinking significantly, and I’m seeing hard, defined muscle.

  • The Training: A deliberate focus on weight training with minimal cardio to build density while protecting the frame.

  • The Power Fuel: My daily drink—2 scoops whey, 10g creatine, 3 tbsp collagen, beet powder, cacao, and seamoss—acts as the high-octane mortar for the engine.

  • Mental Fortitude: The daily cold plunge at 23:45—just before the shift—is the ultimate proof of who is in control of this architecture.

The Supplement Stack (The Structural Rebar)

To maintain high performance and joint health during this rapid transformation, the reinforcement includes:

  • Lions Mane: For the cognitive clarity required to architect the day.

  • Glucosamine Sulphate (1400mg): Supporting the joints as the frame becomes leaner and stronger.

  • 3 Billion Live Friendly Bacteria: Ensuring the gut biome is optimized for a strict carnivore intake.

  • Biotin & Vitamin D3 + K2: Essential for structural integrity and hormonal health, taken strictly after food.

The Final Build

This isn’t a "diet" I’m testing; it’s a permanent life change. I am no longer just moving through the hours; I am architecting them. By removing the noise of carbs and sugar, I’ve found a level of clarity and physical resilience that was missing from the old version of myself.

Architect’s Note: "You don’t build a masterpiece by adding more; you build it by stripping away everything that doesn't belong. We are down 20kg, and the foundation has never been stronger."
