Midnight Architecture: 1°C, The Snow, and the 23:45 Plunge
Most people are winding down at 11:45 PM. I was standing in the snow, staring at a 1°C plunge pool. This wasn't a "wake up" call—I was 9 hours into a fast and heading into a 12-hour shift. This is about building Metabolic Armor.
Beyond the initial shock, there is a cold, calculated reason for the midnight plunge. In 1°C water, the body activates Brown Fat (BAT).
